Received PhD in Mathematical Statistics from Florida State University (1978),  MS in Mathematics from Utah State University (1974), and MS in Mathematical Statistics from Florida State University (1975).  Taught and introduced various upper level courses in Mathematics and Statistics at Creighton University since 1979.  Published more than 35 journal papers, 33 conference papers, 11 abstracts, and 2 books.  Research interests include sufficient statistics, prediction sufficient statistics, survival analysis, reliability theory, fuzzy set theory, fuzzy logic.
